Claudia Gunsch
is a trained event manager and works independently as a wedding and event planner with her own agency. She lives in Switzerland, is married, and is the mother of a seven-year-old daughter who also practices rhythmic gymnastics.
Her athletic career began early in rhythmic gymnastics, which she practiced actively for nearly ten years. During this time, she successfully completed the first level examinations of the rhythmic gymnastics level program (STV / Swiss Gymnastics).
She then transitioned into competitive sports, competing both in individual and group routines.
Claudia participated in numerous rhythmic gymnastics championships, cantonal championships, regional gymnastics festivals, and qualification competitions for the Swiss Championships, where she also earned the title of Cantonal Champion.
In 1995, she also participated in the World Gymnaestrada
as part of a dance group from Zurich. Many years later, she expanded her dance experience as a member of a rock’n’roll formation, further developing her movement repertoire and musical expression.
As a coach, Claudia places great importance on age-appropriate, motivating, and technically sound training. Joy of movement, musical understanding, correct posture, team spirit, and the individual development of each gymnast are central to her work.
