Membership

The association collects only the personal data from its members that are necessary to fulfill its purpose. The board ensures that the data are stored securely and in accordance with the level of risk.

Member data such as name, address, telephone number, and email address are made accessible to all members via a membership list. First names and birth years of members may be published on the website, in the newsletter, on social media, and in the association’s bulletin. For this purpose, photos from training or competitions may also be published, possibly including the name, first name, and birth year of the gymnast. If a family does not agree with this, they can inform the board in writing at any time.

When registering or obtaining insurance, address and date of birth must be communicated to the gymnastics associations STV and TGTV as well as to competition organizers. To receive subsidies, the AHV numbers of participants must be transmitted to BASPO (Federal Office of Sport).

Otherwise, data (name, address, date of birth) will only be passed on to third parties as part of legally permitted data processing or if required by law or official order.

The processing of member data is carried out in accordance with Swiss data protection law and the privacy policy published on the association’s website.
