The RG Frauenfeld Delights Around 60 Spectators at This Year’s Christmas Party

On December 11, 2024, the first Christmas party of RG Frauenfeld took place in the Pfyn Gym. In addition to the many festive treats, the gymnasts’ performance was a special highlight. Fourteen gymnasts from RG Frauenfeld presented their rehearsed routines and proved that they had learned a lot in a short time. Some of the girls have only been members of the club for a few weeks but were already able to show impressive performances.

Alongside the various performances of the girls, ranging from three to twelve years old, President Carolin Welsch hosted the show. She shared stories about the founding of the club, the different training groups within the club, and information about rhythmic gymnastics, as well as about herself. The native German gave the audience a great insight into the world of rhythmic gymnastics. The club president, who herself successfully practiced rhythmic gymnastics during her youth, has an impressive sporting career. As a two-time Bavarian Champion in group events, she also won several German and European Championship titles, as well as the World Championship title in ballet and contemporary dance.

Founded in June 2024, the club can already look back on a successful start. In the final group dance, President and Coach Carolin also delighted the audience with a brief performance showcasing her dance abilities. The Christmas show of RG Frauenfeld concluded successfully with happy faces and a Christmas gift in hand.
