Membership
The club collects only the personal data necessary to fulfill the club’s purposes. The board ensures that data is securely stored according to the risk involved.
Member data such as name, address, phone number, and email address is made accessible to all club members through a member list. First names and birth years of members may be published on the website, in newsletters, on social media, and in the club’s bulletin. For this purpose, photos from training or competitions may also be published, possibly including the name, first name, and birth year of the respective gymnast. If a family is fundamentally opposed to this, they can notify the board in writing at any time.
When registering or insuring, address and date of birth must be provided to the STV and TGTV gymnastic associations and competition organizers. For receiving subsidies, the AHV numbers of participants must be submitted to the BASPO (Federal Office of Sport).
Otherwise, data (name, address, date of birth) will only be passed on to third parties within the framework of legally permissible processing or if required by law or government order.
The processing of member data is carried out according to Swiss data protection legislation and the privacy policy on the club’s website.
