Trial Training

/ Orientation for aspiring gymnasts

The trial training serves as an orientation for aspiring gymnasts. At the same time, the girls get to know their group members and gain insight into the training content. For the coach, a trial training is also helpful to assess the athlete’s potential.

Trial training for the Newbies and Minis groups is free of charge. A fee of CHF 10.– applies to all other groups.

Training Process

In beginner training, the Newbies group, girls learn the fundamentals of rhythmic gymnastics.

  • Apparatus technique elements: handling ball, rope, and hoop.
  • Focus: flexibility and coordination with hand apparatus.
